Registering Your Payee Account

Payee Onboarding Guide: Pockyt Payments and ICF
This guide will help you, as a Payee, understand how to complete your registration and start receiving funds through the Pockyt Wallet service. In this process, you’ll be receiving payments from ICF / Accretive in exchange for services you’ve provided. ICF / Accretive has partnered with Pockyt Payments to offer a variety of payout options, including bank transfers and digital wallets.

Invitation
The onboarding process starts when you receive an invitation email from Pockyt. This email will provide instructions for setting up your Pockyt Wallet account, including an initial password. Please note that you'll be prompted to reset your password during your first login for security reasons.

Once you’ve registered as a new Payee, your account status will initially be activated:

Auto Activation: After you complete registration, Pockyt will automatically run a security screening (Bridger Screening).
If you pass the screening, your account will become fully activated, allowing you to use all payout functions.
If further review is needed, your account will be marked as pending, and you will be required to upload additional documents.

Onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer)
During account registration, you must complete the onboarding process, which involves submitting the following documents to Pockyt’s compliance and onboarding teams:

  • Full Legal Name
  • Current Residential Address
  • Proof of Citizenship and Photo ID
  • Tax Form (W9 or W8 BEN)

If you already have another Pockyt Wallet account linked to a different Payor, you must use a unique email address to register. Currently, Pockyt requires separate accounts for different Payors, though this may change in the future to allow for a single account across multiple platforms.

If your account status is pending, you’ll need to upload the required documents. Your status will then change to under review, and your account will be either approved or denied, based on compliance requirements. Enhanced due diligence may be necessary if automatic activation was not possible.

Registering a Payout Method
Once your account is approved, you can choose a payout method to move funds from your Pockyt Wallet to your preferred account:

Bank Account: Link your bank account for direct transfers.
Digital Wallet: You can opt to receive payments in your preferred digital wallet, offering quick access to your funds.
Please follow the steps provided in your Pockyt Wallet account to link and verify your payout method.
