对商户而言 托管 是最好的 降低了很多不必要的麻烦 但是如果经常发生 支付失败 多笔不过 大额不过？有什么更好的应对方法吗 ？既然选择托管 我们商户是没有后顾之忧的 如果遇见 货品发出 但是 资金日后被撤回请问这个算谁的？
