Merchant Applications Statuses
The status for merchant accounts are as follows:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Saved | The merchant application has been saved but not submitted to the Pockyt system yet. This status is for applications that are in process but have yet to be pushed to the Pockyt team for review. |
| Underwriting | The merchant application has been pushed to the Pockyt team and is currently undergoing review. The expected time for underwriting is 1-3 business days. |
| EDD | The merchant application has been flagged for Enhanced Due Diligence. Additional time is necessary to review the application. EDD takes 5-10 business days. |
| Activated | The merchant application has been approved and the account has been activated. The email associated with the application should receive credentials to log in to their account at portal.pockyt.io. If no activation email was received, please reach out to [email protected] |
| Declined | The merchant application has been declined. |
