Update Payee

This endpoint is used to update details on a payee's account. This endpoint supports both Direct Merchant and Merchant of Record (MoR) flows. For MoR integrations: email cannot be modified (existing restriction), payorNo cannot be modified (PC-1092 new restriction), and name modification is subject to merchant configuration restrictions.
