# Ramp-Off with Pockyt

Convert USDC to Fiat and Pay Out Seamlessly

## Introduction

Ramp-Off allows you to fund your Pockyt merchant account with USDC instead of fiat. We handle the conversion automatically, so you can offer your users a frictionless off-ramp to their bank accounts, without leaving your environment.

## How It Works

**Merchant Flow:**

1. Send USDC to Pockyt wallet (we’ll provide the address).
2. Pockyt burns USDC, converts to USD, credits your balance.
3. Use the same Payouts API as discussed in this [guide](https://docs.pockyt.io/docs/payouts-to-bank-accounts#/).

**Payee Flow:**

* Requests payout → Receives fiat in bank account → Never leaves your app.
